Two huge ones for me:

Ben Foster and Jon Bernthal. Both singlehandedly can make trash movies watchable for them.

Had not thought about this before but yeah….Berenthal brings it every time.

Even in a crappy movie (IMO) he was great as Johnny Boy Soprano.
 
Taylor Negron. He actually delivers in his roles.
