PAC North
Cal
- hasn't been hit by players leaving early for the NFL and they return a healthy Chase Garbers.
Washington - lost their two best players on defense but I have faith they can plug & play.
Oregon - would have been my pick for PAC-12 champs but they've been decimated recently by player deflections to the NFL.
Oregon St. - Smith sucked as UW's OC but he's done wonders as OSU's HC. The Beavs got better as last year's season progressed.
Stanford - not sure what's going on in Palo Alto but that program seems to be headed in the wrong direction.
Washington St. - like Washington, WSU has a new HC and will start a new QB. Depth is the issue atm with the Cougs.

PAC South
USC
- most likely your conference champion imo. Best QB in the conference and he has a fvckload of targets to throw to.
Arizona St. - Herm Edwards replaced a fvckload of coaches which shows me he wants to win. That and his starting QB is the real deal
Utah - lost a fvckload of starters to the NFL but they own it when it comes to coaching guys up.
Colorado - no idea tbh how this team will do other than I don't see them ending up with a better record than the three teams above them.
UCLA - It's looking like Chip wants to throw in the towel hence the reason he was against playing this season. Pandemic my ass.
Arizona - a program that has hit rock bottom with no path up as long as Sumlin remains their HC.

Utah is always a dark horse to win it.

You should have waited because the "Post Your PAC 12 Retard Thoughts Here" thread is for tomorrow.

Didn’t Carl’s best defensive player opt for the NFL draft?

You mean Cal? I didn't hear of that but even if true the fact that Chase Garbers is returning has to make them the inside favorite to win the North imo. He's a stud when healthy.

Speaking of Garbers, UW signed his younger brother. He's my inside favorite to win the starting job in 2021.

Yes I meant Cal, Garbers is irrelevant. Their defense was the only reason they were good last year and were expected to compete this year.

I can't argue the fact Cal relies heavily on their defense but on the flip side Cal was undefeated last year in the games Garbers started for them. Add the fact that WSU, UW, UO, and OSU all start new QB's this year.

Sure, those are offensive teams that need a quarterback to lead their team. Weaver is in the NFL and with Bynum opting out their secondary is essentially gone now too isn’t it? It seems much tougher to change the entire philosophy of your team.

I think ASU could be the Pac South Champs. Herm has that program going in the right direction.
No clue about the North and hopefully UW doesn't embarrasses themselves this season.
