From our insiders:
Sources say Miles tried to avoid the situation and did NOT pull the trigger. However, he was in the car and the gun was his, therefore he was charged with capital murder along with alleged shooter Michael Davis of Maryland.
Sources add that the district attorney plans to have Miles testify that Davis was the shooter and that that COULD result in the reduced charges against Miles.
Again, Miles reportedly tired to avoid the situation after an argument on the Strip, but his friend Davis refused to let it go.
The matter will have to play out legally, and in the meantime, both suspects are being held without bond in the Tuscaloosa County jail.
