Sources say Miles tried to avoid the situation and did NOT pull the trigger. However, he was in the car and the gun was his, therefore he was charged with capital murder along with alleged shooter Michael Davis of Maryland.
Sources add that the district attorney plans to have Miles testify that Davis was the shooter and that that COULD result in the reduced charges against Miles.
Again, Miles reportedly tired to avoid the situation after an argument on the Strip, but his friend Davis refused to let it go.
The matter will have to play out legally, and in the meantime, both suspects are being held without bond in the Tuscaloosa County jail.

Miller, an Alabama basketball player, was not charged. Tuscaloosa chief deputy D.A. Paula Whitley said, “There’s nothing we could charge him with."

Alabama freshman Brandon Miller supplied the gun to Miles. Miles gave Davis the gun who went all gangster.



Miller was present at the shooting but apparently will not be charged.

This is the Fucking Road he “Blocked” it’s actually an Alley and on a Saturday Night it is packed with parked Cars. Miller parked in front (LEGALLY) because it was the only place. The road is so narrow that Millers car and another car parked on the other side blocked it in.
