No way Vanderbilt generates the same revenue from home game ticket sales/concessions that A&M does even if both are sell outs.
That never has been equal, never will be and shouldn’t ever be. That would be true socialism. Right now we have quasi socialism for the most part with equal share media revenue distributions…unless a team is a newbie to a conference and gets a reduced share or nothing like SMU.
Yep. Revenue has never been equal. Media, playoff and bowl revenues are often shared equally.. But home game ticket sales, concession, merchandise, donor revenue damn sure hasn’t been and never will be. So expecting things to be totally equitable is insane.SMU has very very deep pockets. So that isn’t fair to like k state or someone too
