Also, apparently this was his 2nd offense. What doesn't make sense is that he lives in Ann Arbor and drove? to Chop house to get blasted? Why?

I know, I'm just giving him shit lol. The actual downtown is progressing nicely. Tons of great places to go downtown now -- 15 years ago, absolutely not true.
