I am a bigger guy who can't run fast anymore but I do 10ish miles a day walking.
My body was pretty good till 45. I had a broken ankle on left side 25 yrs ago. No big deal. Then broke right one at 45. 4 surgeries on it. Had a lung issue. Gave me crazy steroids to cure it. Got ulnar neuropathy in both arms. 2 surgeries on right arm and one on left. I hurt everywhere with my walking gait fucked up so everything is way off kilter.
Sleep comes in 5 hour waves. Never longer. I wake up in pain in right side all along leg and up the backside.

Pretty much what I have found.I don’t do gummies. Not sure what’s in those things but it doesn’t seem right.
Tried CBD oil for wrist pain once and it seemed ti work but who knows.
I still think just smoking the stuff gets you the best results.
Generally 2 pots/day but whatever.

@RobBase, do you actually play sports or do you just work out hard so it looks like you could?
Pretty much every 'gym rat' I know keeps appearance, but can't actually compete in anything. Their excuse is always "oh, I'm too sore because I just worked out doing X, Y and Z" or "I tweaked my back doing [insert exaggerated reps & weight of strenuous weight exercise here]". ...Meanwhile, some "scrawny" non-'gym rat' is still actually playing sports well into their 50's.
