I saw the unfortunate news that extra innings still start with a runner on 2nd. This time using the delayed start to the season as an excuse as to why to keep it in place. Wonder what hiccup occurs next offseason to advocate for this terrible rule to continue on, but the second worse rule was the double header games being only 7 innings. Is that still true this year or did they change that back to 9 full inning games?
