Douche is cheap...I highly doubt he will spend money on a $2 scratch off lottery ticket
Well, I don’t buy lottery tickets. Mostly because I don’t want to become the lottery zombies holding up the line that I hate

Fuck that. There has to be enough money on the line to at least make you happy. If I hit on that, I’d be more annoyed that I had to go meet someone out of my way to collect 50 bucks
Tbf it’s dum af anyway. You’re cheering for the number instead of cheering for a team.

“Oh boy, I hope they go for 2 here instead of the PAT. Oh it’s a PAT? Gosh this stinks.”

Probably gonna sprinkle a little more on the Chiefs. Those were the only teams I bet on.

I’m a Falcons fan, I have no rooting interest in this game

if you don't have a team to cheer for (or a fantasy player) cheering for a score isn't the worst thing to cheer for.

the people cheering to fill the parley are annoying though

Chiefs and Eagles. Again.

Kendrick Lamar halftime show.

Commercials.

Cut to Taylor Swift reaction 87 times.

Tom Brady will be there again - this time in the booth doing play-by-play analysis for Fox.
The last time the Chiefs played the Eagles, the birds had a cheap holding penalty called on them late in the game that killed their go ahead drive. Such a penalty should never be called in a championship game. I expect the same will happen again. If such a penalty had been called in a World Cup soccer final or game 7 of a Stanley Cup final, the ref would likely be buried in a landfill and never seen again.

I can’t let my biases get out of the way to take gambling seriously. I joined a pick em for the first time this year and made sure to pick against the Vikings in every single game. I would have finished in the money if I didn’t do that.

I generally don’t be on games where I have a rooting interest unless I’m betting against my team(I cleaned up when the Braves were rebuilding)

I hope KC wins but would be good if the game were cancelled because no one likes rigged "sports". I mean wrestling is scripted but at least everyone knows it.

Never thought anything could ever make me root for the Eagles. The NFL isnt allowing the Chiefs to lose though
I’m definitely pulling for the Eagles. Have bets for both to win, but the Eagles pay more, and as annoying as it is for them to all end up there, half of Philly’s defense is UGA legends

I'm usually of the "calls balance out" perspective. Very rarely do I get disgruntled over a call/non-call.

That said, there's a mountain of evidence that continues to build on critical calls that disproportionately benefits the Chiefs. The NFL is a business. Making money is top priority. Having the Chiefs at the top of the league and in Super Bowls is a big money maker because millions of Swifties who didn't give the slightest crap about football a few years ago are tuning in and buying merch.

Do I truly believe the NFL is rigging games in favor of the Chiefs to make money? The vast majority of the time I roll my eyes at those conspiracy theories; however, the mountain of continually building evidence is becoming too large to completely dismiss.

The NFL can't totally rig the games in the traditional sense, players aren't taking dives because of the NFL tells them to, so it's not directly like the WWE.

HOWEVER the Chiefs are good enough that all it takes is 1 or 2 blatantly bad calls in their favor each game to completely shift the tide of the game.

I fully expect a couple of phantom hold calls on big Saquon runs to keep the Eagles at bay, they are all in on the threepeat and will make it very very hard for Philly to ruin it.

Only if Jason Kelce is commenting. I’m dying to hear his whacky diatribes and having to balance being an Eagle and a brother who is a chief! And he has a beard! That’s so zany!
They sure do dress him funny. Really trying to play up that wildcard angle

I doubt they dress him. He’s a free spirit. Have you seen that beard? Golly it’s so silly. He even takes his shirt off sometimes! A fat guy…with his shirt off?! Bwahahahahahahah

The "good teams can overcome bad calls" crowd is tiring, that's basically saying it's ok that the Chiefs basically have a built in advantage from the refs to start the game because "well Buffalo or whoever could still overcome it!"
