Cinnamon rolls & sausage this morning. Vegetable beef stew in the crock pot for walk by & supper.
Took inventory of the beef from last year, still have over 100lbs of burger, 13 T Bones, 12 sirloin, 15 short ribs, 7 ribeye, 10 chopped steak, and the 800# steer for this year has a few more weeks to go before butcher time...
