Interesting take. I think he overvalues Ole Miss a little and under values Nebraska. Reasonable expectations for Nebraska can be 10-11 wins and B1G West titles. Doing what he did with Clemson, I look at Wisconsin and say if Wisconsin can do it, why can't Nebraska? What is keeping Nebraska from being at same level as Wisconsin?

We won't beat Georgia unless they do a 2019 South Carolina type choke. I think 8-4 is likely with 10-2 the ceiling (loss being Alabama and Georgia).

I think we could lose to Pitt but beat LSU. We play LSU right after they get Auburn and it seems like we are a major trap game for LSU.

don't be such a loser, stick your chest out and say damn right

7 wins
Ball State, Pitt, akron, LSU, whatever 10/22 game is, Missoui and vandy. im not out on SC either tho.

Lol UT-Martin.

The Clemson comparison is good, really any of these teams has the supplies/fan base support to be an elite team in the future but I think first thing first is actually winning 8-9 games a year consistently before we start worrying if it's the cap. For Clemson it didn't happen over night, first it took Tommy Bowden getting Clemson back to winning 7-9 wins a season over 9 years before they felt the need to make a switch to Dabo. And for Dabo it took several years of winning 10+ games before reaching the biggest stage.

I do think Alabama and Saban will start a slow fade but I am not sure Tennessee is the program they are concerned about right now. Georgia and Texas A&M seem to be the up and comers at the moment.

he's overvaluing Tennessee, tbh

once Texas and Oklahoma join the conference, 7-6 would be considered a dream season for the Vols

Pretty sure I heard that in 2015 when Bama and Saban lost to Freeze and Ole Miss

3 National Championships later
There was a time Saban never lost to his assistant but now his students have become the master.
Saban job is now complete, he can retire

Tennessee will have a hard time getting back to 1990s level (we were helped by the fact that Auburn, Georgia, and LSU were all down). However, I think Tennessee can at least be at Auburn's level the last 15 years which has a National Title and been in another. Hell had Pruitt had not been so stupid in 2019 and lose to Georgia State and BYU (both easily winnable games), Tennessee is 10-3 or 9-4 team that year. Even with Guarantano and Pruitt, we still went 8-5 that season.

The SEC has been mostly hammered down (not just on the field but recruiting) by the Saban run. SEC will look vastly different once Saban leaves, probably more like how it looked 2003-2007 with multiple championship contenders and talent more wide spread.

I've lost enough 'underrated' contests on A&M and tejas both.

Coaches really start to fade at 75, so Saban at 70 has still got a few good years left unless he opts to retire first.

Georgia. Texas a&m is still just a hyped projection

I am not sure which is funnier ... they think we will give up 34 points with our D, or that we will only score 31 on your D. We are at home. We have the equivalent of a bye week the week before with UF. SMH.
