GAME arky vs barn 4pm espn

Wait. What? How was that not a backwards pass?

He clearly threw it behind him

10/10/20 vs Arkansas *W

Although if Arkansas kicks extra points instead of going for 2, this game would be going to OT

Barely made it too

Arky got screwed there

One of the worst calls I've ever seen. It is right up there with the Fifth Down and Oklahoma-Oregon on the Mount Rushmore of bad calls.

Total screw job on Arkansas. Clearly a backwards pass on the spike at the end . It was a full half yard behind him

Also, if the refs are right, and it was a forward pass/intentional grounding, why did the clock run on the next play? Why did Arkansas have 7 seconds instead of 22?

Edit: Don't they have the option to decide if the clock runs there? It was fourth down with no Auburn timeouts, so it makes sense to stop it, but I don't think they were given the option.

It was so clearly a backwards pass they literally must not have even discussed it

That'll be a marred win for the barn.

I award Arkansas 1/2 of a win.

I disagree with the officiating on that intentional downing call. So does everyone else from the looks of it. Twitter's in meltdown mode over this.

Hyperbole

Worse call I've ever seen. I realize Wisconsin fans will not agree, but that was terrible. In what world is that not a backwards pass/lateral? Clear recovery by Arkansas.
