The only issue with that is you are paying 70+ million for an offensive coach. You now need to pay to find a new offensive coach? Hard to ask boosters for money to help a HC with his area of competenceSad part is that Jimbo has an easy fix.. He just needs to hire an OC and get assistants on that side to fit the OC. They have the skill players.. Weigman is a stud, they have legit RBs in the room, WRs, and TE are terrific. OL continues to be the Jimbo achilles hill. Addazio needs to be replaced, and they have to bring someone that can not only coach but evaluate better too at that position.
You agree with me @fordman84 ??
you don't have to ask boosters to help, he needs to let go whomever the shill is at OC.. He literally is playing roulette with his offensive coaches.. one was a WR coach who now is the QB coach, RB is now TE coach.. like WTF.The only issue with that is you are paying 70+ million for an offensive coach. He would have to drop his ego and let an OC run the offense. That is like asking a scorpion not to sting. oh yeah i know that.. just saying it's an easier fix to his problem.. except he's the one with the problemHe would have to drop his ego and let an OC run the offense. That is like asking a scorpion not to sting. (This is has been covered in the scorpion and frog story)
He's got no eligibility that I know of, maybe that extra COVID year which still confuses me.You guys can go ahead and send Achane our way. Love to have that guy.
Pretty telling the stat during the game about putting players in motion and how much better we do. But then back to "line it up and run it" old school ball. Getting tiring.oh yeah i know that.. just saying it's an easier fix to his problem.. except he's the one with the problem
I think this is what separates coaches. Ego, stubborn, etc, whatever you want to call it. Those that can get out of their own way seem to "get" it. You know Saban hated having to give up his run stuffing LBs...but he realized the game was changing and had to in order to stay on top.He would have to drop his ego and let an OC run the offense. That is like asking a scorpion not to sting. (This is has been covered in the scorpion and frog story)

Smoke Boui or whatever is also leaving.. Probably to UGA. These won't be the last.. Jimbo really needs to earn his money now
Had Jimbo applied for Pac 12 membership yet?
lol @ the jay z dinners
I don’t understand schools getting themselves into some of these “binds”. (How many coaches was Notre Dame paying off at one time?). Many of these contracts ain’t performance based fo sho.

But, they do get in these financial dilemmas (not just A&M) which shows just how much money can be tossed away. No wonder NIL and the portal came to pass.
Losing to Scar will really bring a program to its kneesWheels are falling off now View attachment 89369
