Not a chance in hell. You have a better shot at a machine, because a pitcher can move all over the zone. And at least you know a machine won't fuck with you and drop a slider or a changeup on you.

Not watching much the video and no sound on, but looking at his swing and physique, he's not even an athlete of any kind, right? He looks worse than an average dude you see at a batting cage at a mini golf place.
Machine is harder just because with a person throwing to you, you at least can time up your swing to their body motion. Of course, that's assuming they're throwing the same speed in the same general area all the time. Mix in different speeds, locations, and movements and yeah its impossible for Avg Joe.

There was a kid in high school I thought was pretty fast. I was behind him at the fair booth where they had a radar gun and he hit 80. I was kind of surprised it wasn't faster.

Said he stopped playing baseball as a kid after coach pitch haha. He was scared of the machine as a kid...good luck with 95!
The most interesting was all the high tech at the training center. Nothing even remotely close to that when i was a kid.

The fun part is catching for a guy that can throw fire. One of my coaches in HS was a college pitcher and I remember the first true fastball he threw raised as it crossed the plate right over my mitt and knocked my mask off my face.

You can figure out timing on a machine, too. It's a bit different, but usually you see the ball before it hits the wheels and gets launched. That's your timing mechanism.
God help you if it's coming in at 90+, though. Don't think I ever was able to get around on something that fast. Hell, probably the last time I tried hitting in a "fast" cage (I think it was 75-80), I couldn't do anything other than foul tip it straight back.
I'd hate to try and block one of those in the dirt.

I hated the machine. Always felt like the ball was just jumping on me and could never time it up. Sometimes the stupid ball wouldn't come out clean and your timing is all fucked up.
I had tickets right next to the bullpen at D*dger Stadium once. It’s amazing how hard they’re throwing and the sound the ball makes when the catcher catches it, even during warmups.
I glued padding from bicycle helmets into my catching mitts in college. Got tired of my hand getting beat to hell. We had one guy that touched 95, and another guy that sat at 90-92. Had to be careful with those guys, I almost broke my thumb a couple times trying to frame fastballs.
and the old 75-80 cages were more erratic than I'd be comfortable with. Too many balls in on the hands or even further inside.
yeah, the hiss on those fastballs showed the biggest difference between the coach throwing and one of our HS pitchers.

Holy crap.
When I was in high school, I had a summer job at the rec center at a military base. They sent me in when they needed to adjust the pitching machines, because they figured I could get out of the way if the machines weren't working right.
