This is alternate universe in CFB this year. No Clemson, No Ohio State, No Oklahoma, possibly no Bama. I don't think jinxes even work this year.

Flag is flying and wearing my gameday gear. Just got back from the grocery store (in MN) and got a handful of "Go Hawks"
 
Too many people are taking this game for granted ... NOT ME. Iowa is a worthy opponent, and I believe that you take one game at a time. In today's college football, you do not have time to rest, or celebrate too much. Luck has been on Michigan's side this year, I hope it continues. GO BLUE!!!!!

Was 7-5 Pemm Stake a big win? It was in week 4, but not so much now?

Iowa needs to do what Iowa does.

1) Lull them to sleep
2) Keep it low scoring
3) Play clean
4) Win the turnover battle by 2
5) Hit their tight ends over the middle
 
I also question whether there will be a Michigan hangover element.

How many days were their heads in the clouds after finally beating Ohio St?

Many thought Oklahoma State and Georgia were going to win (Georgia may still). Beating ohio state is pretty fucking big deal, add the fact that Iowa is a good team and you have a receipt for disaster.

And Iowa's playing for a Rose Bowl where they're 0-4 since 1958.

Rose Bowl banners are a big deal to them even when they lose.
