So, we have 4 teams in the B1G east, all of whom play each other in November-ish.

- tOSU
- UM
- MSU
- PSU

Two undefeateds, tOSU who is rounding into shape, and PSU who looks worse and worse as time goes on (losing to the Illini, and the Iowa loss not looking so good).

Neither of UM or MSU has really been tested thus far. tOSU lost their one test. And PSU continues to shit the bed, and their coach is heading somewhere else, maybe.

Chaos scenario - everyone loses 2 to the others, or tOSU loses 1, UM and MSU lose 2, and PSU wins them all. Don't know or care if that is even possible, but the point is we could have a bunch of 2 loss teams in the B1G east.

Probable scenario - tOSU wins all 3 games and once again reins supreme in the B1G.

All you B1G fans, GITT and tell us what is going to happen. Serious posts only ... just kidding, but I would like to see some serious substantive thoughts.

like do you mean
Michigan loses to Penn State and Michigan State
Penn State loses to Ohio State and Michigan State
Michigan State loses to Ohio State and Michigan
Ohio State loses to Michigan State and Michigan

Michigan State beats them all and beats Iowa in the B1GCCG

Auburn (6-2): beats OleMiss, loses to A&M, beats Bama @Home
Ole Miss (6 -2): loses to Auburn, loses to A&M, beats Miss St.
A&M (5-3): beats Auburn, beats Ole Miss, loses to LSU
Bama (6-2): beats LSU, Arky but loses at the Barn

Auburn is your SEC West Champions !!!

Best guess is

OSU 3-0
Michigan 1-2
PSU 1-2
MSU 1-2

Sidenote re B10

3 teams control their own outcome in the West as well with all 3 set to play each other in the next few weeks

Iowa @ Wisconsin, Minnesota @ Iowa, Wosconsin @ Minnesota

I honestly wouldn’t be shocked if Penn State lost to all 3 and finished 7-5.

My guess is Buckeye wins the Big Ten and doesn’t lose a conference game, again. I remember telling people this a few weeks ago and a few people assured me that Ohio State wasn’t going to win the Big Ten

My best guess is:

UM beats MSU and PSU, gets boatraced by OSU
MSU loses to UM and OSU, beats PSU
PSU loses to everyone -- they just look like a trainwreck
OSU sweeps all three.

My dream scenario is:

UM beats MSU and PSU, while OSU's top 6 WR's suffer knee injuries, Henderson oversleeps the day of the UM game and Stroud is forced to throw the ball to someone on his team that isn't open by 10 yards. UM wins by a FG.

I think they have the best idds but not as good as previous years . That said they get 2 of the 3 at home so that certainly helps

Indiana beats Minnesota

I seriously agree that the Wolverines and Spartans have not been tested yet. I keep hearing Franklin is wanted in Southern California. The way his shit is going, not sure why. I feel that Michigan has been a little more tested than Michigan State. Maybe the Michigan win against the team that beat Pitt will count somewhere in this equation. But in all honesty, I don't see none of this being a huge deal until I SEE a B1G team stop or even come close to stopping the Buckeyes.

Better question is what do they see in Franklin?

Still think Michigan is fools gold

They still cannot throw the ball and have mostly relied on grinding bad teams to death with 40+ rushes at <5 YPC (the non MAC teams)

The Nebraska and Rutgers games are much more indicative of them. Even Wisconsin had them close until Wisconsin had their gamely meltdown later in the 2nd half.

When they aren't hitting big runs consistently they are going to struggle against almost anymore they face the rest of the year. Wouldnt be shocked to see them lose to MSU, Penn State, Ohio State and their bowl game.

USC just wants to feel relevant by poaching a coach from a good P5 program. Fickell is a better coach IMO

The PSU team I watched on Saturday will be lucky to finish 7-5...

It is just tough to gauge OSU. Outside of Oregon, they have literally played trash. Who is the best team they played after Oregon? Minnesota? Tulsa? Rutgers? Maryland? Akron? Indiana? Tulsa, quite possibly, could be the 2nd best team they've played so far this year.

So we really don't know what you will get from OSU once they play a team with an ounce of defense or a team who can play physical and control the line of scrimmage. No doubt they have looked dominate, but they could have started their 2nd string against the schedule they've played and have the exact same record.

Their offense has been mediocre at best all season.

They struggle to run the ball. 3.5 YPC as a team.

Clifford has been meh. 12 TD/5 INT and hes 46th in the country in qualified passers when it comes to completion %
