I tried them. They do help. But like what @Illustrious Potentate said that happened to him, I hit a stressor and went back.

I still remember first time. On bus from the colony to Lewisville in 7th grade. No where to spit and.... swallowed a pretty sizeable amount. I then yakked all the way down 121.

8th grade I was a pro and did not spit unless I was outside. Always a dip. Was kicked outta same class twice same day cause I didn't take it out when I went to principle office and i walked back in. My dad used to get so pissed because my mom would be pissed and you cant hide a fucking thing from her. Hard-core for a long time. Just typing this makes me want to find a fresh tin.

I kicked the habit by smoking. I have been done with that nasty shit for about 5ish years. I can have a cigarette with someone and it don't call me back. Now a dip would be dialing the shit outta my digits.
