Banana sandwich, yay or nay?

Most of the time when I buy a pineapple, I use it to coat the pork tenderloin I’ve got on the smoker, which is damn good, but they’re good on a sandwich too(and pizza FTR)
pineapple juice is an excellent tenderizer, i've used it for steaks before.

chew, that's fucking disgusting. you're fucking with us, right??
90% of the time, I’m fucking with y’all, but not this time. I grew up with it. I didn’t know it wasn’t normal until high school, but I like it, so I still eat em from time to time

Adds a good flavor too. The recipe I use calls for peaches, but I’m not a huge fan of peaches, can eat em, but not my preference, so I used pineapples instead. Have had zero complaints

I don’t think I could do it. It took me a long time to use mayo on regular sandwiches -probably didn’t start to like it until my mid twenties. So it will probably take me at least another twenty years to get up the nerve to try it with bananas.

I have never lead you wrong before have I?

But most of y’all are at a disadvantage. Blue Plate by far makes the best Mayo, and it’s not available locally for most of y’all

Now you’re fucking around :tsk:

But now I have an idea…i can try it out on a bunch of little kids on Christmas and see what they say.

:badmin:

Hells yes!!!

Crunchy peanut butter, slice the banana long ways & add a little honey on a lightly toasted sandwich bread
I like peanut butter on a toasted English muffin with banana slices. Love when the peanut butter gets all melty.

I’ve had peanut butter on a tortilla before, too and that’s pretty good. But no banana.
