After giving it some thought.
And pondered the question.

I am going to say Shorty Smalls
One of the best.

Yeah, I know it's a chain, and there are some pretty good Chicken Frys up here, but just for sheer size, it would put it over the top.

A local place that has a few places around town.

On Route 66.

We only have “country” fried steak here.

No idea if it’s the same thing. The gravy is the same though.
 
If done correctly chicken fried steak will trigger an immediate heart attack so eating one should only be considered by those in excellent health.
 
She was a great cook.. A little old now & she doesn't cook much anymore. She taught my sister well tho & my bro in law is a lucky man when it comes to "Dinner's Ready!!!"
 
This isn't bad for a frozen Chicken Fried Steak you do at home.
