I thought Pitt did ok in Troy, but it was just his tough guy act. Overall, that movie was annoying because of that LOTR actor, Whatshisname Elf. Don't like that guy.

that said, the one not on the list i'd most go for is Kalifornia. it's like the one film where he really went all grimy scumbag like. i was a fan.
always wished he would have leaned into that more. it's like Ben Foster came on the scene as Angel in x-men. From there he was like, okay, let me flip the script and be a scumbag in 3:10 to Yuma. Oh, you like that? Let me ramp it up in 30 Days of Night right after.
