Best Wednesday Ever

morning all.

I have a meeting in a half hour with a unit I'm reviewing. They've been ignoring me and not meeting deadlines. I want to just turn them in as non compliant and let controller deal with their leadership team, but I need to give it one more try to get them on board

I'm trying to decide if I want to try my hand at some turkey leg confit for Thanksgiving.

I've always wanted to, but it seems like I'd need to buy about $80 worth of duck fat just to make 4-6 servings.
