Apparently a rocket engine at SpaceX exploded.

Probably wouldn't normally be a massive deal, but Rock liked to talk about going into work high and/or shrooming. And being responsible for the engine exploding.

maybe it just means he has to take time off from here to focus more on his job and that he didn't get the axe

I always found it odd how SpaceX had their engineers meet the FedEx guys at the shipping dock.

All the resources to launch rockets, but they can't afford a separate employee at $9/hr to sign for boxes?

I've gone to the warehouse to sign for packages before. Nothing unusual about that.

Ouch that fucking hurts. I make more than $9/hr doing that, but I also do a lot of other shit too.

He didn't work at SpaceX.

He said he did a lot of work as a contractor for SpaceX.
