yeah Pettaway is real good.. sucks about Jonah Wilson he decommitted from us and committed to UH today.. He has exploded this season.. think he is best WR this season outside Cook imo.. He's gonna be really good for Dana next year
 
Jackson Arnold threw for over 400 yards of offense and 5 TD's before giving way to the back ups. After the game he said he is "locked in" and can't wait to get to Norman. Probably redshirts next year and learns from Garbriel.

@Thiefery the Arnold vs Manning matchups should be fun to watch over the next few years!

“Can’t wait to get to Norman”? Doesn’t he have some unfinished business to tend to first? I would think he’d like to keep playing until right before Christmas.

I think that changes this year. Does texas have playoffs on home fields or only on neutral sites? Denton is like an hour and half from Norman wouldn't mind going to watch.

It's hard to find a QB at the high school level with more potential than Jackson Arnold. We'll see. But he's got a whole lot of talent and a great attitude. That's a pretty good start right there for success at the college level. OU's biggest problem is we have too many guys with Want To but not enough Can Do. Our recruiting is looking fine so let's give Venables some time and space to see if he can get this ship turned around.
