Penn State goes if they win today... Indiana only goes if the Hoosiers beat the Boilermakers plus Maryland upsets Penn State.
 
If Penn State wins, they're in. If Penn State loses, Indiana is in with a win over Purdue. If they both lose, Ohio State is in.
