The ACC is a train wreck this year. The 2nd best team in the ACC is North Carolina for crying out loud -- The same NC who almost lost to App State, struggled with Georgia State, only beat Miami and Duke by 3 points.

The Pac is usually at the bottom, but with the emergence of USC to go along with Oregon, Utah, UCLA -- I'd take the Pac all day over the ACC this year. That being said -- it is basically having to pick between two ugly chicks.

And if it weren't for Clemson -- the ACC would have been watching the CFP the last 6-7 years. If it weren't the GOR the ACC has -- Clemson would have jumped ship to another conference already.

College football there are no east wins unless you have that elite team that gets it done week after week. Pac 12 hasn’t had that since forever

Big 12 is the same. Although TCU is a different animal this year.

Louisville? What a random team to throw out there. Louisville got beat by 3-7 Boston College. BC is BAD this year -- they lost to not only Rutgers, but they lost to Connecticut, yet they beat Louisville.

ACC is a dumpster fire this year. Hell -- alot of conferences are down this year, but the only reason the ACC has even been talked about the last 6 or 7 years is Clemson. That's it. The rest of the conference has been mediocre for a long time. It is why Clemson has, BY FAR, the easiest path to the CFP.

The ACC has been Clemson and that's it for a long time. I think the PAC isn't good either, especially since USC has struggled -- that'd being said -- RIGHT NOW -- if the ACC and PAC were to play a series. I'd bet the house on the PAC to win.

And you must be new to the 'college football scene', as the CFP goes to 12 teams in 2026, so Clemson will have an autobid for winning the ACC every year, unless ND joins the ACC and the PAC champ will get an autobid too. So it doesn't matter how trash a conference is -- they will be in the CFP.
