Bowl Game opt outs.........

Rumors that Garrett Wilson is going to opt out of the Rose Bowl.

thankfully WR is the one position we can “afford” to lose players at
 
All the opt outs makes comparing relative conference strength on the basis of bowl results even more laughable

The Cowboys could clinch their division in 2 weeks with 2 wins and you are worried about them potentially picking up a top 3 pick that you think will be a flop? I’m just assuring you, unless they trade up and give up a ton you need not worry. You do have jones calling the shots though. But when’s the last time he moved up and gave up the farm for a defensive prospect?

Can't recall. His latest game is to take the person who slipped out of the 1st due to injury/character issues in the 2nd round. :facepalm:

Ether way the Boys will be fine. Very talented offense and an ever improving defense.

NIL isn't going to force players to do anything other than promote a product or post on social media. NIL pays these players pennies compared to what the NFL will pay them. Only a select few make a lot off of NIL, most are making only pocket money to spend while at school.

I live amongst beagle fans. Nothing and I mean nothing pisses them off more then cowboys success. I’d rather the star win the division.
 
Pretty soon, we'll just assume most Seniors/NFL prospects will miss their Bowl Games and will actually have to 'Opt In'.

No one wants to play UF in a bowl game this year. No head coach, no DC, only 6-6… who cares?

Has nothing to do with the SEC. This particular matchup is something people will take their children to see as a Christmas scrub-day treat.
