Anyone making their own bread from scratch?
It's an enjoyable hobby once you get going.

Sourdough has been my go to bread.
Getting the Sourdough Starter going is the first hurdle.

The nice thing about making bread is that whether it is a good loaf or a bad loaf
You get to eat your mistakes
 
Ain't no shame in the bread game when you watch a follow bread experts and follow their instructions

 
I have never been any good at baking bread.
So, it's for fags.


Did I leave anything out ??
 
Actually, years ago, someone gave me one of those bread makers.
Liked it, but never got any good at it.

Love the smell of out of oven baked bread.
