Brian Flores Is In Full Meltdown Mode

Perhaps. Or he just lined up a giant payday and then can go coach in the college ranks.
I'd be interested to see who would hire him at the CFB level. You know there is a lot of buddy buddy relationships between the NCAA/P5's and the NFL.

Maybe Deion hires him. That would be a hell of a get for Deion again.

Not sure on the NCAA. I hear Michigan may need a new HC soon. Definitely an HBCU would hire him in a heartbeat.

You're right. The Packers are the communists of the NFL.

I mean….it’s fair to say 24 hours ago that I could have made a thread that Flores is being screwed and a majority would agree.

Im not saying I think this is a good idea at all. I’m sure he never had the Ross paying him to lose thing in writing. Something if it can be proven, but that’s dicey.

However….in suing the league they can subpoena lots of stuff. Who’s to say those thousands of WFT emails don’t have a smoking gun in them?

I feel like this has settlement written all over it. No way the NFL will want proof that an owner actively tried to lose games to be made public, nor would they let anything smear golden boy Brady's legacy if he' the mystery QB. And if this is a settlement he'll be a very rich man.

(this is assuming he either has the receipts or they exist and can be brought to light)

What's this about?
Deposition said Stephen Ross wanted Flores to essentially tamper with an unnamed QB, which Flores wouldn't do. Ross brought Flores onto his yacht with said QB and when Flores saw the QB he left.

The assumption based on the way the QB is described and the timing is that it's most likely either Brady or Watson.

Oof. Solid coach and he just potentially just really hurt himself in the league. I would think these types of cases are pretty difficult to prove. But also would think that he would have to have some actual damning evidence. This is a guy that was going to be given another shot at HC soon, maybe even immediately. So why would he risk it, if not?

I think he had (past tense) a shot at more money with a multi million $$$ multi year HC deal than he has with this lawsuit.

Daboll's first interview was Jan 21st. Gmen interviewed Leslie Frazier Jan 22nd and Patrick Graham on Jan 26th. They had long satisfied the Rooney Rule well before Flores' first scheduled interview. He has no case here.

He isn't stupid, I don't think he'd do this without substantial proof.

According to Flores.....Ross was offering him 100k per loss back in 2019.

Also, black coaches have consistently been hired within the league over the years and even within the last few days.

Hard to see how he can win anything except a claim against the owner who fired him over the attempted tampering and refusing to take a fall to get the first pick.

What black coaches have been hired recently? I haven’t been paying that close attention but I don’t remember seeing one.
