I don't get it. I mean yes I get being loyal to him etc, but he hasn't aged well. At one time he was one of, arguably the best GK on the planet, but he's slipped, a lot. Some GKs have played outstanding into their 40s, but he's no Buffon or Van der Sar.

So far all Wirtz and Leverkusen. Lucky Bayern not behind. Our 25 million dollar man nowhere to be found

That was about as pathetic performance I have seen in years by Bayern. Thanks to Neuer and the defense they escaped. Kompany wtf was that. Unwatchable. Clear at this point Kompany has no clue how to run an offense.
 
And a complete miss by Wirtz.
 
No Harry Kane tomorrow versus Frankfurt. Maybe that is a good thing these days. Lucky game in Munich. Frankfurt only 4 losses in 3rd. Thankfully they sold Marmoush to City.
