That’s not saying much. That’s like saying Forcier was a pretty big upgrade from Sheridan.
Even so, it can make a difference. I wish Michigan could have had even average QB play in 2017.
Sheridan/Threet was pretty rough. Only positives I remember were Threet's 58-yard run against Wisky (one of the most WTF plays I've ever seen, and he still had an awful game) and Sheridan being competent in a weird upset over Minnesota.
