LSU, Ole Miss, Tennessee and Texas A&M had 8 drives that began within 60 yards of the endzone. They scored 7 touchdowns and kicked 1 field goal on those 8 drives. That's absolutely absurd.

I don't think Saban can hire Pruitt with the Tenn investigation still going plus Pruitt made some threats towards Kirby in regards to "talking" but they had to make Saban nervous as well. End of the day I hope you guys hire that POS because its what you deserve but i don't think it will happen.

I don't know Schumann's situation if he is co-DC in name only or truly does the job or what his pay is but he seems like the grade-A hire here. Saban doesn't make this move if he didn't know when he was hiring so I would bet on Schumann.

Jim Leonhard has some baggage if I remember correctly.

Kiffin is an idiot for hiring Golding and I'm starting to think Auburn dodged a bullet.

Schumann calls the plays, so he is DC1 at UGA. He and his wife are Bama grads, but he is from Valdosta.

I am guessing we will match whatever Bama offers. He just landed the best LB class ever, and has a couple lined up for 2024. He just went B2B NC and has a chance to go B2B2B. It's a lateral move, so he just might choose to stay at UGA and see if he might pull a Kirby and go to Bama as a HC. 3 years under Saban/Kirby at Bama, 6 under Kirby at UGA. A few more, Saban retires, he might be the guy.
