That theory makes no sense to me. I know they were all drinking but Natalie Wood sleeping with that creep on a boat with her husband there? I'm not buying it.

I still think there's a non-violent explanation.

I’ve never imagined the conspiracy reaching some Murder I or II level or they would have likely figured that much out and charged by this point (and possibly drug one or both to court and watched them get acquitted).

What I’ve always believed is there was some culpability here on one or both of them even in an accidental drowning case....they’ve just never been able to bring that forward.

What I do buy in the “she was sleeping with Walken” is the jilted husband having some culpability....but I can’t see why the guy in Walkers shoes would have any culpability in offing her.

One way or another, Robert Wagner is going to his grave with whatever happened, if it was anything other than her accidentally drowning. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that he has absolutely nothing to gain and everything to lose from talking to the cops. If you know the cops believe you're guilty to start with, why would you ever agree to be interviewed.
