Georgia deserves it much more than Baylor. If Baylor hadn't lost to 5-7 TCU, I could see the discussion. With 2 losses, it isn't even worth a discussion.

Before running into Bryce Young and Bama -- Georgia's defense had given up less than 7 points a game ON THE YEAR>

Here's the thing: they just had their shot at Bama, and they failed pretty miserably.

Give somebody else a chance.
 
I kinda see it, but losing to a 5-7 team kinda ruins one's chances also. Committee doesn't say totally that losing late hurts. Four best teams. You a four best team? Don't lose to a 5-7 team.

Cincy plays in a 1AA conference, they have no business being mentioned for the big boy playoff because they had one lucky game.

I distanced/divorced myself from..... well another school that plays in a G5 conference now. Lock, stock and barrel so.. no Im good.
 
So a 1aa team beat ND and ND should be in? Sounds about right.

While none are Bryce Young level, Georgia didn't played an offense that could throw it very well this year. (Or protect the QB) First time they were tested in that area. At least I didn't see one on their schedule. Do you see one?

Bottom line is that Georgia really hasn't played a "good" team all season, and when they finally did -- SURPRISE -- they lost.
