We still had basically these same games last year anyway. Turning them into playoff games so far hasn't done anything. Even the argument that it helps limit the kids who hit the portal or sitout for the draft because it's the playoffs vs a NY6 bowl hasn't made the games any more interesting so far.

The majority of the 4 team playoff semi finals have been blow outs too. It is what it is

And it hasn't limited the sitouts for the portal cause every playoff team is having it happen.
