The one that puzzles me here is NC State.
Win by 1 against East Carolina.
Lost to Syracuse and only scored in single digits.
Beat Virginia Tech by 1.
Lost to a sorry Boston College team.
Lost to Louisville by 15.
They did beat Florida State and UNC (even GT beat UNC).

I could see Illinois being ranked higher than NC State.
Even Kentucky. They only lost to teams with 8 or more wins except one. Also, only lost to UGA by 10 and held UGA to 16 points.

Highest ranked undefeated team: SEC
No one loss SEC teams.
2 highest ranked two loss teams: both SEC
No three loss SEC teams.
Highest ranked four loss team: SEC, even beat out a three loss team.

Nothing to see here. Again. For the tenth or more year in a row.
