I was kinda surprised when Borland got DPOG. He had a good game, sure, but I think it should have gone to Cooper, Togiai, or just the defensive line as a whole.

I thought Pete Werner should have gotten some love for spying Lawrence the entire game. He wasn't breaking out with big yards last night like he did last season. I love our LB group. They seem to be clicking now.

Our LB group has kinda been the chink in our armor for a few seasons, they have definitely been a strength this year

Lawrence running well would have been the only chance for Etienne to get going on the ground but obviously that didn’t happen.

I thought maybe Clemson was gonna give Bama a game, but even if it was exciting that match up wa starting to get played out.

Honestly, ND-Ohio State would have drawn gigantic ratings but ND just doesn't have the horses. They were who we thought they were.

Ohio State needs to come into this game with the same intensity that they did for the Clemson game and play equally as well for a chance to compete with this Bama team. No way are they holding that offense in the 20s
 
Osu is definitely one of the best 4 teams but they did not get a ton of injuries and they came in very fresh. It’s a little unfair, but obviously this season is different. That’s why this national championship should not matter and I am now fully on board with the asterisk.

Something else I was thinking, WR’s were open all year against Clemson, like running wide the fuck open, but the ACC has dogshit qbs who never threw the ball.

In retrospect we all should’ve saw this coming.
