Jimbo is reminding me of Les Miles. He's dug in on his philosophy/belief and the more crap he catches for it the more stubborn he gets.
This is why Saban has been so great IMO. He "prefers" certain ways but checked his ego at the door and hired guys like Lane and Sark. I doubt he really wanted to change but he did.
