GAME Cheez It Bowl: Oklahoma vs Florida State * ESPN * 5:30 est

Holy crap this is bad game time management Sooners. Sheesh

IIRC OU didnt have any time outs during the last minute or two of the first half either . was that the case ?

Damn. Good game Noles, congrats.

Good game Boomers. Plenty of talent there and coming in.

FSU wins 10 games. Slowly creeping back

@OregonDucks go look at FSU QBs numbers and see what a real heisman QB is supposed to do in a bowl game

OU is now 6-2 all time against FSU, hate to lose one

OU was 0-5 in one possession games this season. Need to turn that around next year.

For those that don’t know Brent Venables and what he is about.

I'll be scarce around here since the season is over and I have a running ton of business stuff I need to focus on next year. Here's my two cents on the OU program. First of all, the job was too big for Brent Venables this year. He made too many mistakes that a seasoned HC would not have made. His staff did not perform as hoped for either. Game management was as bad in game #13 as it was in game #3. We damn near lost the OSU game too because of stupid game management by Libby that was not stopped by Venables. It was another example of how the staff and the HC just didn't have what it takes to win in 2022. And the players: sweet Jesus. Venables said yesterday "We got the right guys". Really? If going 6-7 wasn't because of the coaches and it wasn't because of the players what was the reason? It was the stadium's fault? Maybe we need a new team bus? Turn the logo upside down? It was the coaches AND the players. The recruiting class was great so that's a huge plus but we've got one more year in the Dysfunctional 12 before we go to the big time. The clock's ticking. We all want to see this shit show stopped. Here is one OU fan who is ain't worried and is dead certain next year will be OUR YEAR. Hope he's right.
