Going to the in-laws'house for Christmas, and MIL isn't that kind of cook. I'll probably cook up some prime rib this weekend, though.

Debating whether to get a leg of lamb to make over the weekend and use for leftovers. TBD at this point on that though.
We're going to have dinner on Christmas Eve, with at least my parents. Looks like shrimp scampi and cream of crab soup. We have made a green bean salad for Thanksgiving and Christmas with the in-laws, will probably do that for the veggie.
I bought panettone to make bread pudding for Christmas, looks like I am going to make it a day early and bring the leftovers to the in-laws' for Christmas dinner.
