It really is. When I'm looking at an application I don't need to see the same thing typed 3 fucking times. Give me your resume and I can figure the rest out. if I'm a recruiter I should have the slightest idea what the fuck I'm looking for and what the pool of candidates do or are responsible for. Some rightly use an autofill feature at least. Others make you painstakingly fill out their application. Time is money bitches.

I did have one dude reach out that I worked with before. Now he is a DM with some other company. I'm like....nope. I ain't trying to get that rumor mill going.

Long story short TMI and all my DM and I have not gotten along for some time. He was a shithead when my mom died and I could never get away enough to go to chemo for her. He made the shittiest comment in my professional career about my mom's death. "Well....we all gotta die sometime" and I've held that grudge ever since. Fuck that dude. Made me burn Personal time beyond my bereavement and shit like that. Just petty bullshit. His boss is just a big of a fuckstain. Everyone above them are cool as fuck. A shame.

I just got an email response from Westinghouse customer service from a question I asked 13 months ago about a product I purchased.
And all they said was they forwarded my question to another level.
I returned it like 2 days after purchase. Because of a lack of response.
Over a year later... incredible.

There were some companies that it wasn't even a Zoom meeting, it was legit me talking into my tablet and uploading a video response. Weird as all hell.
