Clearly Kirby has lost control at Georgia..

At some point, Vin Diesel will make a Fast and Furious where his and Paul Walkers son attend UGA
I was thinking Boz in is pursuit of a bulldog speeding in a clown car on an episode of Fansville.

I think the people of Athens need to read about the Battle of Athens, Tennessee and make a stand against this corruption

"Young "came out and grabbed her from behind." The victim said that Young picked her up and began to squeeze her torso and abdomen very hard.

The reporting officer surveyed the victim's injuries and found that "she had a bruise and discoloration on the bottom right side of her chest where it meets the abdomen. She also had redness on her right flank."

Should be prison.

Here's the Police Report:

"I arrived on scene and met with —----. (She) told me that tonight around midnight she went over to her Ex-Boyfriend's apartment to speak with him about the status of their relationship. (She) told me that she was at Mr. Young's apartment for about 20 minutes. She told me that his name was Mr. Colbie Young. (She) said that she went over to his apartment, and
[REDACTED] to speak about their relationship. She said that it started to turn into a heated argument after she found out that he was on the phone with another woman. She claimed that there was infidelity in the relationship. She said that Mr. Young grabbed her left arm near her bicep and tricep and physically pulled her out of his room. She said that Mr. Young was using derogatory terms and being demeaning of her. She said that he went back into his bedroom, shut the door, and locked it.
(She) told me that she began to gather her things and a friend called her phone. She said when she answered it, Mr. Young, came out and grabbed her from behind. She said that he picked her up and began to squeeze her torso and abdomen very hard. She said that she felt like Mr. [Young] was trying to harm her-

I looked at (her) injuries. She had a bruise and discoloration on the bottom right side of her chest where it meets the abdomen. She also had redness on her right flank. No injuries were noted on the arm where she said Mr. Young grabbed her. Photos were taken of her injuries.
I called EMS to come evaluate (her). She declined to be transported by EMS, but agreed to seek medical attention if I transported her to the hospital. I transported her to Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center.
(She) told me that Mr. Young resided at —-----. Other officers and I went over to his residence to try to make contact with him.
I knocked on the door of —--. Mr. Young came to the door and invited me inside. I asked him what occurred tonight with —-. He initially told me nothing. While interviewing him further he told me that (she) came over invited. He said that they were going to talk about their relationship. He said it recently ended. He told me that the argument got heated and he escorted her to the door. Mr. Young denied ever grabbing (her) tonight. I asked him how she received the injuries she did and he told me it wasn't from him. While I was interviewing Mr. Young he was very closed and gave very short closed answers.
I found probable cause based on the totality of the circumstances along with physical evidence of injury to (her). I told him that he could grab some things to take with him, but he was going to have to come with us. I asked him to place his hands behind his back and told him he was under arrest. Once they were I placed him in handcuffs, double-locked them, and checked them for proper fit. I transported Mr. Young to the Clarke County Jail without incident. Once we arrived at the Clarke County Jail, he was turned over to CCSO deputies.

So the truth is somewhere in the middle, between he squeezed her trying to harm her and he did nothing.

He's an idiot, like most men his age, in that he tried to get her out by himself. Sounds like she was forcing the argument and wouldn't leave so he picked her up and carried her out. Sounds like she must be a white chick, and if someone picked me up around the midsection it too would turn red from the abrasion.

He denied then didn't resist, so my guess is that the evidence is reviewed and no charges are brought since she admitted to initiating it and then escalating it. Sounds like grounds for a first half suspension this weeks game then put it behind him.

So she was trespassing and wouldn’t leave and got carried out of the apartment?

Yep, like I said the Athens-Clarke County PD is a terrorist organization

the PD has no choice, for a domestic disturbance call someone has to go to jail. They can't leave him there because if something happens to her then they are in trouble too.

Probably a comment from the cop "sorry, but we have to take you down to process you and then you will be out shortly".

Should have arrested the chick for trespassing

If I had Kirby’s job, I’d be demanding the PD leave my players alone

I don't know, maybe beating down the fans of opposing teams? Can you guys give us lessons? We can swap for speeding lessons.

Nice try but no.

Also, FAFO when you put ya hands on a Tennessee football player..
