You didn’t ask, but here is the back story.

One night in Lubbock Mike Davis scored on a TD pass. He did hand gesture mimicking holstering guns (guns up is Tech hand sign). He was given a taunting penalty. Mack Brown went nuts. Then he went off in the press conference. Talking about Tech players doing horns down in that game and years of it never being called and the hypocrisy to call a Texas player for essentially the same act.

That would make more sense. As soon as people think something bothers you, they're going to keep doing it.

Don’t really care about it. I just like pointing out that the SEC felt they needed to protect Florida’s feelings
 
Texas is 0-2 against good teams this year. If Clemson is an actual good team, they win, if they’re inflated by a shitty conference and their game against UGA is who they really are, Texas rolls

I really thought the Big 12 would be the first to send a 3-4 loss conference champion to the CFP.

Texas is 1-4 vs Top 5 teams under Sark.
I think vs Georgia, Texas had 19 penalties and 7 turnovers this year. You can’t win, until you stop beating yourself. In fact in all 4 losses, Texas lost the penalty and turn over battle. Only win was vs Bama and Texas won the penalty and turnover battle.

he is.. but i actually was ok with him airing out the refs in the postgame.. for them to rule the holstered gun celebration as taunting.. was sooo soft by that group of officials..

Ewers and Tejas have been rather underwhelming this season IMO.
