ACC rules. He got a positive test 10 days ago and that's the isolation period, so he can be on the sidelines and interact with the team, but still can't play until they run follow up tests on his heart & lungs or something.
 
Damn NBC's coverage is worse than CBS with these commercials

Well it seems ACC rules are different from national rules. The only thing I know for sure is that this all bullshit.

I read the words you are right, but that still doesn't make any sense why he's allowed on the sideline.
