Give us a link on Mossier interviewing because Google comes up completely blank. I don't think Marquette passes on Mossier for Smart if he was truly in play.

Mossier would be the perfect fit and has done more with less.

You are quoting a guys opinion and because of “sources.” Spare me the bullshit. Not once have I heard moser say Marquette is the job he wants, especially now.

This is all moot anyway because you are getting Shaka and Moser likely ain’t leaving.

Lol so by that logic no job is ever one that a coach wants unless they Say it on ESPN with 500 cameras.

So Beard's dream job isnt Texas....because thats always been reported the same.

You have yet to produce any evidence from Moser directly.

WT is right, Marquette is likely jumping on Moser instead of Shaka if there is any chance Moser would come.

1. Moser interviewed he was totally in play
2. Shaka won them over the last couple days. Moser was a front runner.
3. Moser is still playing. If you also like Shaka you go get him.
4. And most importantly..........Done more with less?? Shaka's VCU tenure was 100% better than Moser at Loyola to this point. Dude had like a 7 year stretch of really poor play. Shaka had VCU in every year.
5. Moser could succeed. But he also might not. A "perfect" fit isnt a 52 year old with 0 high major experience especially in recruiting. A perfect fit isnt one that will auto require a rebuild of 2-3 years.

Shaka is the guy that could potentially have our roster stay in tact/reloaded immediately. That wasn't happening under Moser.

Shaka stil isn’t the head coach of Marquette until Marquette announces it you fucking clown. Sources dont get name head coaches and then the actually become head coaches.

i would trade them for Syracuse in a heartbeat, only to get rid of the NYC influence on the ACC

with that said, Maryland will never be welcomed back to the ACC. They were in the ACC for over sixty years and when there was smoke about them going to the Big Ten, they didn't even bother returning any of the ACC's phone calls.

I doubt Maryland is interested in returning. Big Ten money is too good + they always whined about how North Carolina-centric everything was. They were full of shit about the latter, because when they finally bailed, the new talking point was with the additions of BC, Syracuse, Pitt, etc, they no longer recognized the ACC. LOL. tbh, I've always viewed Maryland as a school with an identity crisis. They don't know who they are.

Let's be clear: You have stated he interviewed.

I do not believe he took the time to interview or risked it with Loyola in the tournament. They might have talked to Moser's agent but there is zero chance they talked to him.

There won't be shit after the tournament because it didn't happen and there is no way either party is going to want to muddy the water. This is just complete BS and if it isn't then you should be pissed because Moser is the better fit and coach. Zero chance in hell that Smart could have pulled out a final four and sweet sixteen at Loyola because he couldn't do it with a P5 job and massive budget advantage.

Believe what you want but don't expect us to believe BS and not call it out.
