Colin Cowherd take on Oklahoma

Genuinely curious to know how he arrived at that conclusion.

Nebby has still been respectable for most of the 2000’s & 2010’s. 9 & 10-win seasons and playing for conf titles were the norm.

Miami, for most of the last 2 decades, has been a moderately warm, moist, fresh, steaming pile of failure.
Miami + Nebraska have the same amount of top 25 finishes in the past twenty years. the only real difference is that Nebraska hasn't touched the top 25 in ten years. and tbh, Nebraska has a bowl game for six straight years. It's unreal. There is mediocrity and then there is what Nebraska has been since 2017. It's super easy to make a bowl game and Nebraska hasn't done it in six years. as mediocre as Miami has been, they just can't compete with that type of ineptitude.

and Cowherd is a coastal elitist. if he has an opportunity to shit on the midwest, he's going to do it. he's not going to shit on Miami.

Blah Blah Blah
I've heard that same shit for generations.

Has Oregon ever been relevant?

Deep thoughts
Pretty sure they were relevant when they skull dragged your team all over the field by 40 in the CFB playoffs

Nope. The main difference is Nebraska has been cashing B1G size checks while Miami has been cashing ACC size checks.

Just lime Oklahoma will be cashing SEC size checks now so all will be well…regardless of wins or losses.

OU will chest steal and do anything in the shadows to stay relevant. They’ll be fine. SEC is a perfect fit for them.

Frost never did better than second to last in his division did he?

Been a lot of years of losing seasons in a row now.

Three losing seasons in a row seems a lot better than seven out of the last eight.

LOL

Twist shit however you want to put lipstick on a pig.

There's very little difference in the eight year spans. They're both shit.

In eight years at Oklahoma

Three losing seasons
One 5-5-1 season
One 5-4-2 season
One 6-6 season
One 7 win season
One 9 win season

Nebraska had 'One 9 win season' in this eight year span.
Nebraska had one 5 win season in this eight year span.
Nebraska had one 6 win season in this eight year span.
