College Football Exam (Post CFP Committee Final Meeting)

I'm from* Oregon. Been traveling most of this year.

Just because you are stuck living off your welfare check doesn't mean the rest of us do.

Got to see lots of Oregon road games this year and had a great summer in Alberta.

There's nothing wrong with living off your welfare check. Sometimes the Dari Mart checks don't cover everything, especially when you have to tip Destiny

Unfortunately for Simple Jack, he doesnt have a Destiny

1. With the 12 team playoff set, where, if anywhere, did the CFP Committee screw up the most?
2. Predict which team is going to get beat down the worst (by the most points) in the first round of the CFP?
3. True/False. The highest ranked conference champs getting a bye is dumb.
4. I can't, for the life of me, believe that ___ got 9 wins this season (not 9+ wins, 9 wins period).
5. I can't, for the life of me, believe that ___ missed reaching bowl game status this season.
EXTRA CREDIT: The best omelette has to have ___ in it (ingredients besides eggs).
1. Somehow letting Boise St get so highly ranked that they had to give them a bye. Many teams got in with weak schedules (ND, Texas, Indiana), but none were as weak as Boise.

2. SMU

3. Byes in general are dumb. Any team could lose on any given day, all should have to prove their worth. With that said, I understand why they do it this way. If the top 3 or 4 teams were from 1 conference and ALL got byes, it would definitely feel like more bias than it currently does.

4. Colorado

5. FSU seems like the best answer. 2-10 coming off a 13-1 season, dayum.

EC: cheese obviously.

It's always hilarious watching Oscar tell other people they're on welfare while he pretends to be some sort of internet billionaire.

Give him a break, not everyone can make OVER 26 bucks an hour at Dari Mart. That’s what allows me to get the VIP treatment from Destiny when I roll up to the Nile on a Friday night. The welfare checks can help with the tips, however

He might have a good life. But respectfully, I doubt it’s as good as mine. When he knows all the Buffalo Wild Wings bartenders on a first name basis, talk to me

I don't see an issue here tbh. Someone else, besides a P4 traditional power, actually benefitted from how the system is setup and the way the game is played.

It's good for the sport that someone, other than the usual suspects, has things work out in their favor. It levels the playing field somewhat. I'm happy with that.

Similar to what I said about SMU a few days ago, BSU's got some decent wins. @ GA Southern (8-4), @ SJSU (7-5), WSU (8-4), @ UNLV (10-3), then the CCG (UNLV again).

Of the eight total teams playing in the CFP 1st Rd, probably six are traditional FBS powers. 3 of those 6 (OHST, ND, UT) didn't have to play an extra game (the CCG). 2 of those 6 got the benefit of both no extra game and a home game (OHST & ND). In short, it evens out.

You don't have to be a billionaire to retire and travel.

Manage your money better.

Yeah, I think you have him beat

You don't have keep reminding anyone who listens you have money. It really makes you look like you don't.

Be better

You don't have to keep reminding anyone who listens that you are trailer trash. We already know it.

I'm merely reminding everyone how you continue to be an insufferable prick while still being the biggest retard here and you've added lying to your schtick. Great work oscar

Keep telling yourself that

They need to ditch the bowl gm/neutral site bullshit for the quarterfinals. This yr likely won’t be a problem because it’s the first yr but I don’t see fanbases traveling 3 times. It works for March madness because 4 schools are filling 20k stadiums. 2 teams splitting 80-100k stadiums ain’t going to work long term. Also, give the top seeds home games.

Don't get me wrong, I am not bothered by it at all currently, I actually hope Boise beats whoever they get just to show that anyone can win on any given day. People that argue the best teams over the most deserving teams just annoy the hell out of me.

My point stems from how the rankings and scheduling essentially screw things up.
