You thought Mack Brown was bad?
You thought Beth Mowins was like listening to nails on a chalkboard?

Colt McCoy is worse than both combined.

His game analysis is putrid and I think he secretly wanted to get gang banged by Deion, Shedeur, and Hunter.

He was pretty bad. I felt sorry for him.
He was pretty awful. I had that feeling of a car wreck you can't look away from. I did feel sorry for him until he spent too much time in the booth playing the TV game show Wipeout with Deion's balls or sucking on Shadeur's balls like a baby on a tit.

…maybe his lil brobro could do better?

Was apparently even worse than the Fox booth featuring Kevin Burkhardt and Tom Brady. Did McCoy sign a deal with the devil or what? He always seems to get these gigs he's not qualified for.

If Colt woulnd't have gotten hurt.....

I don't know how it came about.
I didn't know he was even an announcer. Therefore I didn't know he'd be calling the Colorado/Nebraska game until people in our group started questioning "Who's the dumbass talking?". I looked it up and it was Colt McCoy.
Literally every bit of his analysis was wrong.

Going forward I'll treat a Colt McCoy game the same as I treated a Beth Mowins game. She at least generally knew what she was talking about, but sounded like Charlie Brown's teacher.

I can't stand Brady and he came off as a rookie yesterday but it's a tougher gig than you think and if he sticks with it he will get much better. Now there is nothing you can do about his voice and that makes him automatically an annoying asshole.

Colt was over his head and should have spent a lot more time preparing and practicing because he was all over the place. To the point he may not last the season or get demoted to crappy games.

My favorites right now are Greg Olsen and Chris Collinsworth and its because both those guys bring information and inside thought processes that are actually helpful and you can learn things. Neither makes the broadcast about them or just wanting to hear their own voice which is refreshing.

'Exclusive' Peacock to finish out his contract?

ESPN kept Beth Mowins around because "female".
Maybe Colt can become gender confused to save his bacon?

The gold standard is Tony Romo. Even in his first 3-4 appearances as a color guy, where he was stiff and figuring out timing, he still seemed enthusiastic and interested in calling the game. Brady might get better, but he sounds like a bad actor, doing a bad impression of a NFL booth.

Came across as poor preparation combined with possible lack of basic knowledge. People were seriously wondering if he knew the subject he was supposedly talking about as an expert? That's a bad sign.

I agree fully. I hate the nepotism that created whatever the hell it is Jac Collinsworth is supposed to be doing, but Chris is still pretty insightful.

Dusty Dvoracek has quietly become one of the better ones out there.

Don't give a damn what anyone says. These rejects y'all bringing up will fall way short of the guy that coined the phrase "Maserati Marv".
