Practice is the issue? Not sure how true it is but Jahad Woods (our all conference linebacker) has been tweeting the whole how the players have been doing all of their drills and are ready to go once they get word the season can start.

I don't think the Cal schools were allowed to practice due to no gathering rules.

I cant stand Larry as much as the next guy, but the blame isn't all on him. There are local and state restrictions holding colleges back from practicing.

Brown ok'd UO and OSU to start practicing and says she hasn't received a plan from the conference. Larry is being lazy and deflecting blame on to others. He should be presenting plans to local officials to show that they can have practice and competitions. Instead, he's just attempting to shift blame on to others for his lack of preparation.
