You got that right….like if you asked me the same I would have this debate in my mind for the validity of many. I just always left it at that it’s possible it could have been this nebulous combination of conspirators all together on it. Or….I could have been just a lone shooter.your first question is actually a great question. There are so many jfk conspiracy theories that they tend to meld together. It’s often hard to pin someone down when you ask them which one they believe.
The book is called “Case Closed” by Gerald Posner. At the time it was written my sister was working at a book store and the author had a book signing. She had him inscribe it for me and she gave it to me as a Christmas gift. I was well aware of the book when it first came out but thought it was garbage bc it concluded that the Warren commission basically got it right (that Oswald acted alone).
The author went thru all the evidence and explained it all. Along the way he dispelled all the various conspiracy theories. The beginning of the book is VERY dry. It’s about oswalds early life. It’s dry but very important bc you come to the absolute conclusion that Oswald couldn’t have been a Russian agent bc he was basically a functioning moron. In other words, he was too stupid. The rest of the book is a very easy read where the author goes thru all the evidence.

Still, the book sounds interesting just to get the contrarian view on all the theories.
