We have all seen this one before.

That sounds laughable. I’m not saying you’re making it up. I’m just saying it sounds laughable.
First, Pfizer must be stored at ultra cold temps. Most facilities can’t accommodate that. In fact, that’s why they were given out primarily in hospitals and clinics. I highly doubt that a “white van” is capable of providing the correct temps. One location out here in Vegas gave them out in a field. Adjacent to the field was a building where the vaccine was being housed. They literally had “runners” who’s sole job was to bring the vaccine to those administering it so they could do so quickly bc it needed to stay cold.
Second, and even more to the point, most of these “mobile clinics” who are trying to get people vaccinated utilize the J&J rather than Pfizer or Moderna. Why? Because the J&J shot is one and done. The others require TWO doses. What are they gonna do: Bring the van back in 21 days and give everyone the second shot?
That sounds like total bullshit and I highly doubt he’s giving vaccine to Mexicans in the US.
Man he seemed nice but it was weird as hell. Like he wanted to help but the whole thing smelled funny. The white van didn’t have windows. LolInteresting story. Since you were there….think he was legit or scamming?
I have no doubts there are scammers out there trying some angle like this. Can’t say I know if it’s easy to bilk Medicaid for this, and short of charging those you “vaccinate” I’m not sure how you can get an angle on this.Man he seemed nice but it was weird as hell. I do know our Commissioner of Ag has been all over fraud efforts coming from the pandemic. Being in FL you are used to this with storms and gas gouging, insurance fraud schemes, fake FEMA type schemes, etc. She has been spot on with other areas of fraud and grift with the pandemic….I just haven’t seen many of these warnings go out about vaccines.
That said…..just did a simple search for COVID vaccine fraud and this is from the HHS. From your story the only thing I could see is if this guy was changing for the shot.
I have no doubt people are getting paid to help increase vaccination coverage to efforts harder to serve by government entities. That’s just a smart approach. And maybe he was legit. It was just the “Pfizer” part that threw he. He could have had a mini reefer in that van possibly. But, even then….a questionable migrant community should really only get the one shot J&J IMO.Yeah I believe it was all free vaccines but he probably got a kickback or something. He did seem to legitimately want to help people get vaccinated tho. I didn’t get the sense it was about money but I was about to start running at any moment if he pushed harder
I honestly think he started around the border of Texas Mexico and worked his way to New Mexico. Just my take

That’s the part that threw me on legitimacy.
InterestingThe info on Pfizer is out of date.
It no longer has to be stored at ultra cold temps.
It’s the way of the world these days. Super nice strangers are something to be leery of. It’s a shame….but I would have done the same thing and just gotten away from him.The whole thing was very strange to say the least. Me and my buddy got in the truck and were like WTF
I should have gotten a biz card so I could have at least looked the whole thing up. But like I said, I didn’t want to get too close to the dude even tho he was a very nice guy
Ohhhhhhh….that’s news to me too.Guess I could have googled this before

FDA In Brief: FDA Authorizes Longer Time for Refrigerator Storage of Thawed Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine Prior to Dilution, Making Vaccine More Widely Available
FDA authorized undiluted, thawed Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine vials to be stored in the refrigerator at 2°C to 8°C (35°F to 46°F) for up to 1 month.www.fda.gov

I’m in the “do what you think is best for you” mold when it comes to the vaccine. We’ve had enough dissension.my buddy that was with me got the vaccine months ago. I have not. But even without the white van I wouldn’t have got it. Probably won’t get it for awhile until all the side effects come out and ride the antibodies and good health I have as long as I can. Sounds like the antibodies are lasting longer than anticipated.
I talked with an ER doctor at a kids bday party a few weeks back. Said he was vaccinated and believe in the moderna and Pfizer but said something interesting to me… In the last 10 years they were finding 90 year olds that had died, still had antibodies from the Spanish flu. And go back 100 years. Spanish flu killed a lot more people, yes with less medicine and technology but it blasted through the entire globe in 1.5 years then was gone. History tends to repeat itself and covid might be different but humans will always adapt to sickness.
I believe our current news cycle is about controlling people and installing fear. And I also believe these antibodies to covid will last longer than what we are being told

I took a small wait and see with getting the vaccine, but went and did it in May because we have a high risk family member who was balking at the vaccine. He might get sick and in the hospital again (or he might die in decades and still have the antibodies) but he wont get sick and in the hospital again because of me.
Anyway….I agree that the news cycle is about instilling fear. There is no controlling the whole of the US, and what we see going on is not textbook people controlling.
It’s just the media doing what they do now….create fear and sow dissension.
No doubt. I finally stopped wearing a mask to the grocery store about 1 month ago or so. I see a few people here and there with them on and I assume they are high risk or immune deficient.
That’s the sane presumption to make.No doubt. I finally stopped wearing a mask to the grocery store about 1 month ago or so. I see a few people here and there with them on and I assume they are high risk or immune deficient.
Oh it was weird man. Not making it up. I thought the same deal about the temp which is what made it even weirder. Dude was from south Texas, giving out “vaccines”, and had the Boston accent with some badge. Honestly I was trying to stay more than 6 feet away from the dude because I had this feeling he was gonna try to prick me
