Can you harvest the deer and the rabbits?
Probably with archery at night. It's only a quarter acre. Lot of good food going to waste.

I don’t say “antlers” if it’s a spike.Or antlers.
And I haven’t even seen a spike yet.
So I wonder what those things are on the deer's head.

I've got video footage from two nights ago of a raccoon digging a recently-dead chipmunk out of our chipmunk trap, feasting on it and leaving its carcass fragment on our doorstep.
I've got some photos like this too... Every year I get at least one doe who births a fawn in my or surrounding properties and we get to catch glimpses of it nursing/parenting.
Last year, we had one birth in the woods directly behind my house. One evening, I let my border collies out after dinner not knowing they were only about 50 yards from my house; one of my dogs saw the doe and chased after it - but this time mama didn't run away. My dog got close to her fawn and the doe put my dog on his ass. That was awesome.
